The meatloaf looks good I make one similar but I pat my ground meat out in a sheet and put the cheese pepperoni olive slices with a little sauce and roll it up tuck in the edges and bake covered for 1 hr uncover top with sauce and bake for about 15 minutes until the to ago sauce caramelizes. Take out and let sit for about 10 minutes or so to gel so I can slice. Serve with extra sauce and fresh pram.
A question, not a comment. I was under the impression that dairy was not
part of the paleo diet and I am seeing quite a few recipes with cheese. Dairy yes
or no?
Dairy is Primal–if you can tolerate it, then yes. If not, then no. It’s sort of a “fringe” food in the Paleo world, but for more info I recommend Mark Sisson’s article on the matter.
can you put a SUBSCRIBE option on your blog so that people can subscribe and get an email every time you post something? Just a convenience factor; I am really going to try out recipes you have posted. Looks great. Love the blog, keep it up!
Hi! Found your blog on accident and am stoked! I thought I saw (somewhere) a post about a coconut based protein powder?? I can’t find the blasted article anywhere now. Hoping you can help!!
Robyn…
Hey!
THANK YOU for your website….I started a Whole30 challenge Feb 10 and your recipes saved me and helped me convert. The chicken fingers is something I almost cried over they were so good. Thanks a million. Here is a link to my most recent blog post re: my health improvement related to my Whole30 program
I’m the Managing Editor of FatBurningMan.com and we’re interested in potentially collaborating on a project with you. Would you mind if I sent you an email and to what address?
Great! Oh see I think your contact page isn’t exactly showing up correctly (maybe it’s just my browser). I can actually see the html for the form in the page itself but there is no form to submit.
Is there an email address that you prefer instead?
Hello! Your contact form does not appear to be working.
I wanted to connect with you because you mentioned in a post about cow’s milk and people being intolerant to it. I wanted to let you know about the dairy from Beyond Organic. All of the cattle are A2 casein, which means most people will be able to digest their milk with no problems. http://bit.ly/101zp3U
My question is about baking with whey protein powder.
In your experience, how much liquid would you say you need to add to balance out the whey? What would you say is the ratio?
Hi. The contact form isn’t showing up for me, either.
I’d like to try some of your baked goodies, but I can’t do flax. Should I sub an equal amount of coconut flour for the flax, use another nut flour, something else? Thanks!
I”m working on it…I think there’s a bug with the plugin.
If you can’t do flax, just add an extra Tablespoon of coconut flour or equal parts almond meal if you want the same “nuttiness” that comed from the flax!

Depends on what you’re trying to make…are you talking about shakes or baked goods?
Oh, haha, sorry–baked goods.
If its whey, then I’d say 1/2c-1c liquid per cup of whey. Just add bit by bit and figure out what consistency you want
